Cody Nordmann
Co-Founder / Co-Owner
Cody is a Co-Founder and Co-Owner of CoMitted 365 Roofing & Exteriors. He has a bachelor’s degree in Non-Destructive Testing from Ridgewater College in Hutchinson, MN. Prior to starting CoMitted 365, Cody worked for his dad’s company, Nordmann Exteriors, as a Laborer. Cody specializes in Sales Management and loves working on projects that include multiple trades: roofing, siding, windows, and gutters. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends also being in the outdoors hunting big game from whitetail deer in the Midwest to chasing elk in the Rocky Mountains.
Mitch Bednar
Co-Founder / Co-Owner
Mitch is one of the Co-Owners and Co-Founders of CoMitted 365. Prior to CoMitted 365 Mitch started in the roofing industry at a young age as a laborer. He roofed his way through high school and college before he and Cody decided to start the company. He currently lives in Saint Cloud and, in his free time, he enjoys bowhunting the Midwest for big game. His goal is to create lasting relationships, provide exceptional service, and set a new standard for what you can expect out of a roofing contractor.
Julie Gromberg
Administrative Assistant
Julie is our Administrative Assistant (Front office liaison) for CoMitted 365. She has worked for CoMitted for the past 3 years. Prior to CoMitted 365 Julie worked in the St. Cloud school district in different positions. She currently lives in St. Cloud with her husband Joe and she has a grown son Nathan. She enjoys reading, outside yard work and enjoys walking and playing with her new dog Stella.
Melanie Gothman
Office Manager
Melanie is the Office Manager at CoMitted 365. Melanie has worked in customer service, office management, and human resources for the past twenty years. She keeps us moving in the right direction and helps us bring client satisfaction to every single project and process. In her free time, she enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with her family and dogs, Auggie and Kodak.
Emily Anderson
Estimator – Administrative Assistant
Emily is on the Estimating Team and an Office Assistant. Emily has a Bachelor of Science degree from SCSU. She worked manufacturing for many years before joining the CoMitted Team. She enjoys spending time with her family, quilting, reading, and bicycling.
Cullin Carter
Sales Executive
Cullin is a Sales Representative for CoMitted365 Roofing and Exteriors and resides on the country side in central Minnesota. His goal is to make your exterior projects as smooth and comfortable as possible through transparent and healthy communication. In his free time Cullin enjoys fishing, hunting raccoons, bobcat and coyotes with his coonhounds.
Chase Renville
Sales Executive
Chase is a Sales Representative at CoMitted 365. He met Cody and Mitch when they went to college in his hometown. Sharing the same passions, they became pretty good friends. Fast forward a few years: Chase spent a summer roofing with Kevin and Cody at Nordman exteriors. Chase thrives by doing the best he can to make the home improvement process as smooth and efficient as possible for the homeowner. In his free time, he enjoys spending time in the outdoors whether that’s hunting or fishing or just simply being outside.
Dustin Hesse
Sales Executive
I am from western MN and currently live in the Cold Spring area.
I have worked in roofing and sales for the last 15 years.
In my free time I enjoy hunting and fishing with my 2 boys and spending time at our family cabin.
Also enjoy taking hiking trip throughout the county with my wife which have included Arizona, Utah, Colorado, and several other national parks.
Gary Swenson
Business Development Manager
Gary is the Business Development Manager at CoMitted 365. Gary has spent the better part of the past three decades in leadership for customer service industries. He is focused on growing the company through building relationships and strives to improve our ability to provide exceptional service to our customers. When he’s not working, he enjoys cooking, hunting, and spending time with his family.
Amber Poganski
Account Manager
Amber is a dedicated family person, married with two children—a daughter and a son—and two beloved dogs, Dasher and Chief. With experience in administrative and account management roles. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time at the lake, whether it is fishing, swimming, or hanging with friends and family. One of my favorite things is supporting her children at their sporting events.
Tyler Weller
Sales Executive
Tyler grew up on a dairy farm near Belgrade, MN, where he learned the values of hard work, discipline, and problem-solving. He holds three HAAG certifications: Residential Roof Inspector, Commercial Roof Inspector, and Wind Damage Inspector. With his expertise in storm damage assessments, he helps property owners navigate the insurance claims process.
Tyler currently resides in Cold Spring, where he enjoys making the most of the Chain of Lakes—boating, wake surfing, and spending time outdoors. In his free time, he also loves traveling and ice fishing.
Ryan Olson
Project Manager
Prior to joining Committed 365, I worked as a Project Manager within the general contracting sector. I am married with two beautiful girls aged 7 and 12. When I am not running one of the kids to their many activities, I can usually be found spending time on the boat or chasing some sort of game hunting.
Breanna Minikus
Sales Executive
My name is Breanna Minikus. I am a dedicated individual living in Coon Rapids. My focus is on spending quality time with my son and being active in my church community. I take great joy in caring for others and finding happiness in life’s moments. I believe in doing whatever it takes to keep things moving forward and create a positive environment for those around me.
Steven Dulski
Sales Executive
Steven, a lifelong Minnesotan, has over 20 years of experience as an exterior specialist, helping property owners protect and restore their homes and businesses.
A former gutter business owner with expertise in roofing, siding, and storm damage repairs, Steven uses his knowledge and experience to ensure clients get the best results without headaches.
A Commercial Remote Pilot Certification allows Steven to use the latest technology to capture accurate, high-quality aerial inspections that help clients make informed decisions.
Steven and his wife live near Rice and have raised two adult children. When he’s not working, he enjoys family time, fishing, hunting, enjoying the lake, perfecting smoked meats, or cheering on his beloved Vikings.
Valerie Gall
Office Operations Coordinator
Valerie Gall is the Office Operations Coordinator at CoMitted 365.
Growing up on a dairy farm and later earning her bachelor’s degree in business management and human services, Valerie developed a strong work ethic and a people-first approach. She is dedicated to providing homeowners with a pleasant experience with clear answers to their questions.
Outside the office, Valerie enjoys playing tennis, working on puzzles, and spending time outdoors hunting and fishing.
