I am the Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Committed 365 Roofing and hold a Bachelor’s Degree from Ridgewater College. Before launching Committed 365 Roofing, I built my foundation in the industry working as a Roofing Laborer for my family’s company, Nordmann Exteriors.
Today, I lead our sales and marketing divisions with a strong focus on developing elite sales professionals and educating homeowners through trusted, transparent roofing and exterior content.

Mitch began his roofing career at a young age, roofing his way through high school and college before co-founding Committed 365 Roofing with Cody. His hands-on background gives him a practical understanding of installation quality and field operations.
Mitch’s goal is simple: create lasting relationships, deliver exceptional service, and redefine what homeowners should expect from a roofing contractor in Minnesota.
He lives in St. Cloud and enjoys bowhunting, time outdoors, and being actively involved in the community he serves.
With over 20 years of experience in customer service, office management, and human resources, Melanie ensures that every project runs smoothly behind the scenes. She keeps processes organized, communication consistent, and clients informed from start to finish.
Melanie plays a critical role in maintaining the structured systems that set Committed 365 Roofing apart. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with her family and dogs, Auggie and Kodak.
Gary brings nearly three decades of leadership experience in customer service industries. His focus is on relationship-building and strategic growth while strengthening Committed 365 Roofing’s ability to deliver exceptional service.
He is passionate about improving processes, supporting the team, and ensuring homeowners receive a professional, reliable experience. In his free time, Gary enjoys cooking, hunting, and spending time with family.
Ryan brings extensive experience in general contracting and project management to Committed 365 Roofing. He oversees production timelines, coordinates trades, and ensures each roofing, siding, or gutter project meets the company’s quality standards.
Married with two daughters, Ryan understands firsthand how important it is to protect a home. When he’s not managing projects, you’ll find him boating, hunting, or attending his daughters’ activities.
Our Sales Executives are exterior specialists trained to evaluate storm damage, explain options clearly, and guide homeowners through the entire roofing or insurance claim process.

My name is Breanna Minikus. I am a dedicated individual living in Coon Rapids. My focus is on spending quality time with my son and being active in my church community. I take great joy in caring for others and finding happiness in life’s moments. I believe in doing whatever it takes to keep things moving forward and create a positive environment for those around me.
Chase is a Sales Representative at Committed 365 Roofing. He met Cody and Mitch when they went to college in his hometown. Sharing the same passions, they became pretty good friends. Fast forward a few years: Chase spent a summer roofing with Kevin and Cody at Nordman exteriors.
Chase thrives by doing the best he can to make the home improvement process as smooth and efficient as possible for the homeowner. In his free time, he enjoys spending time in the outdoors whether that’s hunting or fishing or just simply being outside.
I am from western MN and currently live in the Cold Spring area.
I have worked in roofing and sales for the last 15 years.
In my free time I enjoy hunting and fishing with my 2 boys and spending time at our family cabin.
Also enjoy taking hiking trip throughout the county with my wife which have included Arizona, Utah, Colorado, and several other national parks.
Steven, a lifelong Minnesotan, has over 20 years of experience as an exterior specialist, helping property owners protect and restore their homes and businesses.
A former gutter business owner with expertise in roofing, siding, and storm damage repairs, Steven uses his knowledge and experience to ensure clients get the best results without headaches.
A Commercial Remote Pilot Certification allows Steven to use the latest technology to capture accurate, high-quality aerial inspections that help clients make informed decisions.
Steven and his wife live near Rice and have raised two adult children. When he’s not working, he enjoys family time, fishing, hunting, enjoying the lake, perfecting smoked meats, or cheering on his beloved Vikings.
Tyler grew up on a dairy farm near Belgrade, MN, where he learned the values of hard work, discipline, and problem-solving. He holds three HAAG certifications: Residential Roof Inspector, Commercial Roof Inspector, and Wind Damage Inspector. With his expertise in storm damage assessments, he helps property owners navigate the insurance claims process.
Tyler currently resides in Cold Spring, where he enjoys making the most of the Chain of Lakes—boating, wake surfing, and spending time outdoors. In his free time, he also loves traveling and ice fishing.
Behind every successful roofing project is a team ensuring estimates are accurate, paperwork is organized, and communication stays consistent.
Julie is our Administrative Assistant (Front office liaison) for Committed 365 Roofing. She has worked for Committed for the past 3 years. Prior to Committed 365 Roofing, Julie worked in the St. Cloud school district in different positions.
She currently lives in St. Cloud with her husband Joe and she has a grown son Nathan. She enjoys reading, outside yard work and enjoys walking and playing with her new dog Stella.
Emily is on the Estimating Team and an Office Assistant. Emily has a Bachelor of Science degree from SCSU. She worked manufacturing for many years before joining the Committed Team. She enjoys spending time with her family, quilting, reading, and bicycling.
Valerie Gall is the Office Operations Coordinator at Committed 365 Roofing.
Growing up on a dairy farm and later earning her bachelor’s degree in business management and human services, Valerie developed a strong work ethic and a people-first approach. She is dedicated to providing homeowners with a pleasant experience with clear answers to their questions.
Outside the office, Valerie enjoys playing tennis, working on puzzles, and spending time outdoors hunting and fishing.
Amber is a dedicated family person, married with two children—a daughter and a son—and two beloved dogs, Dasher and Chief. With experience in administrative and account management roles.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time at the lake, whether it is fishing, swimming, or hanging with friends and family. One of my favorite things is supporting her children at their sporting events.
