The Project Manager is responsible for assisting the Project Managers in their responsibilities. Their assistant will be with organizing, planning, directing, coordinating, and reporting onsite construction activities. You’ll help oversee all activity including material orders and deliveries, sub-contractor management, etc. In this role, you’re responsible for helping to maintain and monitor quality standards and troubleshooting as needs arise. Assistant PMs report on project progress, new issues, resolutions, and budget and schedule compliance on a consistent basis. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and problem-solving.

The Project Manager is responsible for organizing, planning, directing, coordinating, and reporting onsite construction activities. Sales Associates are responsible for inspecting roofs and property to determine the scope of damage and the need for repair. This person is also responsible for correct and accurate input of information into our CRM software system, including insurance documents, contracts, pictures, and correspondence. Sales employees are responsible for taking required photos on the fulfillment checklist and for the signing of customer contracts, change orders, and processing of supplements. Seasons will vary based on current weather and economic patterns. The sales staff must be flexible and willing to work extended hours regardless of season when business need requires.
