Located only 5 miles from downtown St. Cloud, our new prime location offers us an ideal spot to serve a wider range of residential and commercial customers with the same quality roof restoration and replacement services we’ve built our reputation on.

Our Building’s Unique Transformation

We want to take you on a journey through the transformation of our new location, from the initial planning stages to the final result.

Planning Stage

We knew if we built our own, we’d have to grow into it in the next few years, and the entire office would be big and lonely. We didn’t want that—we wanted our team close!

So, we decided to remodel an existing building that could accommodate where we are now while allowing for future growth. After two years of plotting and planning, we finally found an existing building just coming onto the market. From our new Waite Park space, it’s easy to access all of the locations we service. And because it’s right next to the county building, we get to see new people every day.

 

Construction Stage

We worked hard to ensure this new building represents who we are at CoMitted 365. From business cards to our billboards, everything is simple, clean, and professional.

Construction was relatively seamless, and it was exciting to see this building take the shape we envisioned. We’ve been thinking about it for so long.

Making it a Home

We designed the interior to accommodate all our team members and maximize efficiency. The design also allows for future planned growth. We’ve consistently been expanding as a business these past few years, and it doesn’t show signs of stopping. When the time comes, it’ll be easy to add space to this new location to accommodate our future clients’ needs.
